Shake and Bake Mini Sessions
This session starts with the vibration plate to move your lymph and get ready to be eliminated through your body. I will then apply detox mud to your stomach and under your arm. A sauna waist wrap will be placed to heat up the area. Next, a lymph moving massage will be performed to aid in detoxing and lead to elimination of blocked fats. The session will end with Red Light Therapy to burn fat and aid in healing. This is a 90 minute session.

Fit and Fine Session
This session is designed to push lymph through your system and get you results in your health and wellness journey. It starts with a 10 minute vibration plate session to immediately move your lymph. Next an application of detox mud will be applied followed by putting you in a plastic suit and applying the Infra red detox sauna. Lastly The session will end with a lymph moving massage with Liquid Lipo Fat Dissolve to breakdown fat cells which will be eliminated through your body leading to weight loss. This is a 2 hour session.
